Ryan has been a project manager for close to 15 years and received his Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2018. Retiring in 2019, with 23+ years of combined U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army service, he's planned everything from back-country oil spills/vessel recovery operations in the middle of a remote Alaskan bay to a 3,000 guest vessel-commissioning ceremony with 175 staff in Boston, MA. His leadership throughout has been steadfast and ethical. Ryan's also a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM).
